GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS

ORDER OF GOODS: when a customer transmits the order he/she has accepted all of the following conditions. The order is binding for the customer whereas F.e.v. S.r.l. is bound after acceptance. Order cannot be cancelled without prior written agreement with F.e.v. S.r.l., even though there might be cancellation fees. F.e.v. S.r.l. reserves the right to debit the relevant charges.

DELIVERY: The delivery terms agreed for the orders are not binding and are meant barring unexpected events. In no case, however, they can give rise to any indemnity or refund on the part of F.e.v. S.r.l.

PRICES: Prices as per our pricebook do not include VAT and they can vary without prior notice. Unless otherwise agreed, the goods are sold ex F.e.v.'s factory in Fontaneto d'Agogna packing included. The goods are sold at the prices in effect at order placement.

PAYMENT: payments must be sent directly to F.e.v. S.r.l. in the agreed terms and conditions. If payment should not reach F.e.v. S.r.l. in the terms and conditions agreed previously, F.e.v. S.r.l. may add to the cost all the delay interests from the day after the date of due payment.
These delay interests will be calculated adding accordingly to the law nr.231/02. Any disrespect to the terms and conditions will enable F.e.v. S.r.l. to suspend any further delivery of goods even if previously accepted. Any claim does not enable the customer to suspend the payment.
CUSTOMERS INFORMATION: The customer is responsible under the existing law of billing information given to F.e.v. S.rl. (Company, Name, Address, VAT number).

CLAIMS: The goods travel at buyer's risk even if sold free destination. When goods are received at the customer’s facility, this must inspect the delivery. Any claim due to delays or damages of the material caused by the transport must be addressed to the carrier at the moment of the delivery. Any complaints must be addressed in written form and sent by registered post to F.e.v. s.r.l. within 8 days from receipt of the goods.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Returned goods are not accepted without prior agreement with F.e.v. S.r.l. and must be sent back to the factory on pre paid carriage. Only goods found to be faulty by F.e.v. S.r.l. will be replaced free of charge without any other indemnity or refund for damages or repairs. F.e.v. S.r.l. is not responsible for any faulty goods which have been tampered in any way.

JURISDICTION AND LAW: Deliveries are regulated by the Italian law. For any dispute the only recognized place of jurisdiction will be
Novara.

NOTE:
F.e.v. S.r.l. will be able, at any time, to change and/or cancel the items shown in the above price list and catalogues.
Information, measurements or drawings in the price list and catalogue are only for reference and not binding. It is our faculty to modify the technical and construction features of the products by still guaranteeing their functionality.

This price list cancels and replaces any previous issue.

“AXA Insurance Company” will insure all damage resulting from any product defect.
